Action Shooting is a practice day. The group meets every Thursday at the Shooting Range on Pistol Bays 1 and 2. 

​Competitors are engaging three principles of accuracy, power, and speed.  Shooters engage targets with similar calibers against each other scoring higher with accurate and lower scores for inaccurate hits.  The courses are called stages. Scoring is calculated against a clock. The shooters must move and shoot from several positions.  The shooters must be inventive so as to move through the course with speed and accuracy.
